A complete application contains:

Digital application form

Photo of government-issued ID

High school transcript sent to the Registrar

Application fee of $150.00 CDN (domestic applicants) and $200 CDN (international applicants)

For out-of-country applicants: English Proficiency Results (i.e., IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP)

Once your application is submitted, you may be contacted for a personal or Google Meets interview.

The admission requirements cannot be waived by either the College or the applicant.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The application fee may be paid through the following methods:

E-transfer: Send to financeoffice@kootenaycolumbiacollege.com. Please include "name – KCC Nelson HN Application Fee" in the description.
POS System: Available at the Rosemont campus (credit/debit cards accepted).
Personal check or money order: For Canadian residents only.
International applicants: Please submit the application fee via money order in Canadian funds. If you encounter difficulties obtaining Canadian funds, contact KCC for assistance. International applicants may also pay by wire transfer (an additional $50 bank processing fee applies).
