Please list the secondary and, if applicable, post-secondary schools you have attended, along with any degrees or diplomas obtained. Official transcripts are required from both high school and post-secondary institutions. 

3. Two Letters of Recommendation

Please provide two letters of recommendation.  Letters should be from teachers and/or other professionals (exclude relatives and close personal friends) who can comment on your potential as a health-care provider and on your ability to succeed in the program. You may download a template here or the writer may provide their own letter. Letters of recommendation must be sent directly to the KCC Registrar from the writers via email at registrar@kootenaycolumbiacollege.com

Ask your physician to complete the form above. Please make sure the physician makes note of any allergies. You can choose to upload the Statement of Health below, or send it to the Registrar.

I am aware that if I am planning to be licensed RMT through the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), I must apply to write the licensing exams. Please refer to the CCHPBC website for more information.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

The application fee may be paid through the following methods:

  • E-transfer: Send to financeoffice@kootenaycolumbiacollege.com. Please include "name – KCC Nelson RMT Application Fee" in the description.
  • POS System: Available at the Rosemont campus (credit/debit cards accepted).
  • Personal check or money order: For Canadian residents only.
  • International applicants: Please submit the application fee via money order in Canadian funds. If you encounter difficulties obtaining Canadian funds, contact KCC for assistance. International applicants may also pay by wire transfer (an additional $50 bank processing fee applies).
