I am aware that as a student of the Kootenay Columbia College, I will be required to become a student registrant with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC) and that CCHPBC requires all registrants to undergo a criminal record check.
I am aware that, if I am planning to be licensed by the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC, two (2) years of liberal arts and sciences (comprised of not less than 60 credits) in an accredited college or chartered/approved university acceptable to the CCHPBC registration committee will be required to write the registration examinations (in addition to having completed the program at KCC). This work is independent of my studies at KCC, and courses at KCC will not count towards this requirement.
I hereby attest that all information provided in this application is true.
